Seven workers at the Best Western Moore Place Hotel in Milton Keys have conceived since working at the reception where they sit on the blue swivel chair, with four already giving birth.
Employees have now dubbed the piece of furniture the "fertility chair" and some are even refusing to sit on it for fear they will get an unplanned surprise.
General manager Giles Shaw said: "We first started joking that if anyone wants a baby boy then they should come and take a seat on our fertility chair, but now it's just so surreal that it's happening every time."
